getting bored then on to the next.
I am from the desert,
tall like the saguaros,
clear like the sky,
of clouds or worries.
I look the ivory of a china dish,
but I am the sun,
warm to a strange face,
loud and everywhere.
I am the fox,
crimson and orange are my glory.
I am Cherokee, Irish, Italian, and Scottish.
I am the descendent of Queen Eleanor Castille.
I am all these things and more,
but what are these but a set of the nose and teeth?
I walk like the wind,
with no color,
strong and sure,
there are no chains to trap me,
for I am the wind,
I am me.
